2024: Coral reef and Motivation

The start of 2024 was a slow and introspective one for me, with the world still facing immense suffering and the spread of hate. Amidst it all, I reflected on my role as an artist, and I'm still and I'm still figuring out how I can use my talents to spread beauty and make a meaningful impact on society through my individual choices and collective action. What is certain is that creating art helps me recharge and express my curiosity and love for all living beings with their infinite variety - humans, animals, plants, flowers, trees, and fungi - as well as our unbelievably perfect common home, our amazing planet Earth, which keeps us all connected and alive. Beauty is what makes me feel good, constant education and awareness of our connection and of the power of our choices are what make me want to take my responsibility and change what I can change, and protect what I love, like a guardian, in my everyday life.

So I think a good motivation to keep creating for me is spreading joy and awareness on our connection with the natural world. Putting more love, beauty, light, and concrete positive action in the air to counteract hate and suffering.

Here are some updates on my creations, let me know if you like them.
